| Two key components to a good Quality Management (QM) process are Quality Improvement (QI) and Quality Assurance (QA). QI is a process to assure that at every level things are constantly improving. QA involves periodic monitoring of compliance with standards. Everyone is learning new and better ways to provide services and conduct business. Southeastern Center follows the Continuous Quality Improvement method with the ultimate goal being to improve the quality and outcomes of treatment, services and supports provided to consumer and their families. |

| Our QM goals include but not limited to: |
- To promote the Continuous Quality Improvement philosophy throughout the system.
- To collaborate with consumer, providers, and stakeholders regarding satisfaction, evaluation, and improvement of all delivery systems.
- To facilitate good process design and systematically measures to improve LME and provider performance to produce the best consumer outcomes and satisfaction through the effective and efficient use of resources
- To create and maintain a comprehensive system for the review, collection, and application of performance information.
- To remedy all identified performance deficiencies through corrective action plans and/or quality improvement projects.
