If you are an endorsed provider in another LME and...

Would like to serve Southeastern Center Consumers from a site that is out of SEC's catchment area or if you are a CAP provider endorsed by another LME

Submit a written request on agency letterhead along with a copy of your current MOA with your home LME. Mail the letter and attachment via Certified Mail to:

You will be contacted for any questions or additional information and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) will be issued.

Would like to open an office in SEC's catchment area. You first need to have the site in the area. Then:

Submit a CIS application and attachments. Include in the packet the NEA letter from the LME granting the business verification. Core Rules self study does not need to be submitted with the endorsement packet sent to SEC.
