The Community Collaborative for At Risk Youth is seeking applicants for:

• Parent Representatives
  Parents of youth enrolled in the Seriously Emotionally Disturbed at Risk of Out of Home Placement Target Population from Pender and Brunswick counties
• Provider Representatives
  From each of New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties

This collaborative provides input regarding services for children and adolescents enrolled in this target population. Meetings are held four times per year at the Administrative Offices of Southeastern Center at 2023 S. 17th St. in Wilmington. For further information, contact Amy Horgan at 910-332-6745.
