How to Apply
Southeastern Center, a local management entity ("LME"), is a non-profit, local government, public agency that provides management oversight of mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services through a provider network for the residents of Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender counties. We are located on the southeast coast of North Carolina.

Once you have identified a position for which you are both interested and qualified, you should complete a NC State Application for Employement (PD107). The application must be completed in full and must be signed. RÉSUMÉS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF COMPLETING AN APPLICATION FORM.
Applicants applying for a position that requires a college degree must submit a copy of their college transcript along with the application. This same requirement applies to positions that may require a professional license.
You may download a copy of the NC State Application for Employment (PD107) from the NC Office of State Personnel's website (see forms on the right) or you can obtain one at any N.C. Employment Security Commission Office. If unable to obtain an application per the above, you can send a request to Gayle Floyd and one will be mailed to you.

Be sure to include copies of your college transcripts and licenses or certifications. If you are a local resident, you may drop off your application at our Administrative Office, located at 2023 South 17th Street in Wilmington.
